The Sufi Cloak - Beautiful thoughts weaved in a style

“I am neither of the East nor of the West; no boundaries exist in my breast”, said Rumi once. This beautiful yet mystic thought inspired me to develop a range which is a blend of western cuts incorporated with zari hand embroidery from the east.

The flowing structure of the style creates an ambience of ease and comfort for the woman with a penchant for taste.

The soulful hand embroidery on the garment was yet again inspired from another Rumi master piece :

“When someone mentions the gracefulness of the night sky,
climb up on the roof and dance and say, Like this.
When someone quotes the old poetic image

About clouds gradually uncovering the moon,
Slowly loosen knot by knot the strings of your robe."

Thus I present before you a fusion of style and tradition from two different eras, which is thought provoking and at the same time a treat for the eye.
